Berry Quinoa Parfait

Makes 4 servings, about 2 1/4 cups each
Total time 20 min Prep time 20 min
Containers per serving: πŸ’œβ€οΈπŸ’›

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
3 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup

1. Evenly layer quinoa, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, yogurt and honey in a tall glass. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
